It was literally the task Dean was given and he delivered, not really sure why it's such a big deal that he's been honest with his thoughts about Sarah/Marcello

The big deal for me in regards to what he said about Sarah was that he was just downright nasty to and about her. It wasn't about stuff she'd done either like bad behaviour which you could argue Marcello has been guilty of. It was stuff like her dress sense and her voice/accent
