No I think we all do to some extent. Obviously, with some people it can become an obsession and quite sick, like me - I search for these things, FFS lol.

But it's all about survival, really. You see someone falling over, you laugh, not just because it's funny, but because you DIDN'T. You watch a tragic car crash and subconsciously think, "I've got one up on this dead guy". It may sound ridiculous, but it's true.
