Mine is bad today, had to fast for blood tests so didn't eat till 4pm

tea, chicken and chips, can of cola, bar of chocolate
2 nectarines, 2 jaffacakes, green tea.

tuna salad roll plus tea
tea and a scone
apple
two squares of chocolate
pork chop, and veg
coffee.

Cuppacino,1 sweetner
cheese and onion ridge crisps
bottle water(lasts through the day)
