Because it was oil, do I have to clean it before I put cream on it, because it's too painful to clean. I only have Savlon to put on it, so is that going to do the trick, or do I need something else?
crikey I burnt myself with a hot water bottle last year....went straight to the hospital....they said it wasn't major and they washed it and put some creams on it and some kind of mesh that would kill any germs....they then sent nurses to my house twice a week for a few weeks as I had my leg in plaster....1 of them was molten hot too, but she didn't notice my boner.
hope this helps and good luck
