Someone cynical might wonder if this is the case - what immediately jumps out at me is that they would avoid Employer's National Insurance (company adds to your NI contributions on top of what comes soft of your own wage) and, also, automatic pension enrollment came in this year (money comes out of pay unless you opt out and the employer has to contribute extra on top of that). Have to question whether or not that would apply to a workforce from outside the UK...

so the agency in Hungary
makes sure of that.
