I believe that in the West, especially in Britain and any country that provides free education for all, everyone of average intelligence and determined to achieve by working and studying hard can be successful. Ethnicity is no longer a barrier to achievement, it is determination and self-belief that dictates success. That is the same for everyone.

If people don't value education and don't bother they have no-one to blame but themselves. It is also never too late. There are plenty of opportunities for those determined to make better lives for themselves and skin ethnicity has little to do with it in my opinion.
