Also get a sports bottle and fill it with water.Take it with you all day and drink it.Have a Tea or coffee now and then when you need a boost.Water helps you feel full if you drink plenty.
This stuff isn’t complicated.I quite regularly bulk up and cut down.Just gotta know how much you’re putting in your body.
