You need to set your aperture to f/1.8 or so to give that shallow depth of field so that its just the dick that is pin sharp and all the background is blurred. Obs a good light source is important so if you can go outside at say 9 am when the light is good ideal.
Use a tripod and a remote release app on your phone to the camera. Then you can touch it up in Lightroom to really make it pop
