Just over fifty years ago you could go to prison for being gay in this country, Now you can marry the person you love and it is against the law to discriminate against you. And yet we've still got to have a witch hunt and try to pick something out of Ann's conversation to say she's a homophobe. If there was a devout Muslim in there, or even a Jew, people would be worried about banging on about the gay thing for fear of offence. Not so with Christians though... even when they've made it clear they are not anti-gay, but they are anti-gay marriage.
Like Kazanne said, Wayne said it too. But we'll just draw a veil over that because it doesn't fit with the agenda.

In another thread I was saying how other religions have similar beliefs but people won't give those people much grief.
Ann's faith is an easy target . Even Maggie brought up child abuse , when we all know child abuse happens in all types of places .
And you can't demonize an entire culture & religion just because of horrific things that have happened within some of these places of worship. They're not all abusing kids , promoting hate and embezzling money . That's extremely narrow minded of people to assume that , yes corruption is around but not everywhere .
I didn't know Wayne said the same as Ann, typically they'd ignore Wayne as it wouldn't make sense to call him homophobic considering he's gay.
