Two slices of wholegrain toast with peanut butter and sprinkled with seeds (sesame, chia, flax and sunflower)

No breakfast.
I had a cheese and coleslaw roll for lunch and a lemon yoghurt.
For dinner it was lamb chops, green beans and roast new potatoes in a wine sauce.

- Vegetarian breakfast (hash browns, mushrooms, baked beans, veggie sausage, eggs, toast)
- Plantain chips
- Flapjack
- Some Polish biscuit/cake things

because i was hungry i just had my lunch!

i had baxters minestrone soup (with added Tabasco) and 2 slices of polish bread with toasted cheese on

for my pudding I am going to have a bounty with tea at proper lunchtime
