I'll definitely be calling the bank. Doubt they'll do anything but ages ago something similar happened when I walked home from work and I got cash out at work. I told them I thought I was being watched and a week or so later somebody's cash was snatched.

Can't hurt to let the bank know!

I would report it to the bank, if you have to swipe in surely theres some record of his card being swiped with his name etc, just in case anything happens in future they will have your report to look back on

He walked in on my swipe. It's an automatic door so you can't close it behind you or anything it just stays open.

There is definitely cctv though and you get a receipt when you pay money in so I can give them the exact time.

Do some cash machines have CCTV actually on them so they can see your face? If they do and if he was using one they probably caught his face on the camera possibly?

What kind of bank is that with my bank you walk in and there staff you can go to the counter or the atms and there cctv no need to go swiping

No that's right. It's a normal bank until 4pm with staff but after then it's just got 2 cash machines and a paying in machine.

I called and gave them the time and the woman was really nice and told me she would forward it and thanked me for letting them know. She told me they had a problem with somebody sleeping in the booth apparently.
