Just like if the result turned up with the majority of women saying "yep, we're okay with Transwomen being in the women's Bathroom" then that result should also be respected too.

I agree that less savoury characters on the right have a tendency to imply that LGBT people are more likely to be paedophiles which is (obviously) nonsense. It bears acknowledging that the simple fact is, most paedophiles by number are straight men. That's just the facts.

The major issue though is that - at this point unquestionably - there are attempts made BY paedophiles to abuse/twist laws and rights designed to protect LGBT people to use as a shield for their own actions. Taking a deeper dive there are also some issues with certain sections of the trans community and autogynephilia/fetishisation of children or child-like qualities. There just... are. The LGBT community itself knows this fine well but (for I suppose obvious reasons) are hesitant to admit it.

If there was a vote it should be asked whether you want to get rid of sex segregated bathrooms/changing rooms/rape crisis centres etc. not whether anyone who identifies as a woman can use women only spaces because that's what would happen in clear language. No, I think young girls are at risk by being in a changing room with men. This is why wording is important. If you allow anyone who identifies as a woman into changing rooms, you are allowing any man at all into changing rooms, there's literally no way to stop any man entering if you say some men are allowed.
