Luckily I love lentils and my love for rice is back after years of back packing and overdoing rice dishes.

Just had a sandwich with gluten free bread and dairy free cheese (plus meats, salad, hummus). Was actually ok. The bread not as soft as regular bread, but I can look around for better quality.

I had the cathedral city one. It’s pretty good to be fair.

Yeah. Not a strong as cheese (usually have vintage/extra mature), more like a milder variety.

As a recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetic, I have recently turned to having at least 80% vegetables with every meal I eat.

I can't really have milk. Maybe just a tiny bit with one cup of coffee in the morning. Just one cup of coffee per day.

But this mostly all veg diet I havn't lost weight but my blood sugars are really good. Only 5.3 glucose reading this morning which is terrific for a diabetic.
