As a recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetic, I have recently turned to having at least 80% vegetables with every meal I eat.
![]() I can't really have milk. Maybe just a tiny bit with one cup of coffee in the morning. Just one cup of coffee per day. But this mostly all veg diet I havn't lost weight but my blood sugars are really good. Only 5.3 glucose reading this morning which is terrific for a diabetic. ![]() ![]() Sorry I can't help. |
