I've never heard it called anything other than the nobby, although I've not spent much time pondering it. Is it a London thing, I wonder?

I'm Irish and I've never heard anyone refer to it as nobby, Heel is the only thing I've ever heard anyone here call it

I have only ever called it a crust. Never known it be called any of the other words.

The crust is how it is defined in the oxford English dictionary. Therefore the Crust is the correct way of saying it.
