Ain't nobody going to get arrested or stopped for having the England flag on display unless it's a Health or Safety issue.

The Royal Mail example is a weak one. It's a place of work and it's employees are using company owned vans and vehicles. Not many companies allow for it's employees to display agendas of any kind on company time.
