It was at work, when they took a break from filming and assaulted a colleague in front of all his other colleagues. Whether you want it to be true or not.
If you assault someone at work your defence can't be "we were on a dinner break".
And if they weren't at work he wouldn't have been berating the producer and making it the producers problem to provide him with hot food in the first place.
