It was a joke and it was funny! And Akeem's reaction made it even funnier. It is obviously a little in joke that the two have going on.
 And how is it more pervy than Anamelia's display on the bed, Isaac flashing his bits or Lewis talking about controlled ejaculation? It's just a bit of harmless banter!
