The president doesnt decide on funding. Misappropriation of funds is a felony and in itself could put him behind bars

Dems in the House were elected amongst other reasons to STOP him building his wall. He promised MEXICO would pay. He's since gone back on this promise.

I'm not crying. I think it's a bloody stupid idea regardless.

The emotion would be laughter at him trying to get Mexico to pay and failing, but right now I think it's feckin stupid him getting the American public to fork out for it.

He lost the popular vote in 2016. He lost the popular vote in the Senate and House in 2018. He lost the House in 2018.

Go figure the popularity for his wall.
