No, more likely that they were both being polite and that barman probably can't tolerate you. Have you ever worked in retail or the service industry? I'm guessing not since you would do something like this and think that the people serving you are happy to be blamed for your mistakes.
That barman and probably the manager too are likely resisting the urge to spit in your drink for kicking up a fuss when it's your own damn fault. Believe me, they are only being friendly to you because it's their job, I can guarantee that after pulling a stunt like that, you'll pretty much be a joke to the staff.
People who work in retail and the service industry always remember a troublesome customer.
