...I took advantage of the bank holiday as well and having a free day...(..and a day without rain..)...and did a run myself earlier as I’m training for something next month...please don’t judge me Parmy...
 ...or judge me if you want to but I’m certainly not doing it to look a certain way or to have people look at me...
