I can't remember the last time I paid in cash for a delivery so... no.
A taxi from town to my house is £9.70 and I always just give them the £10. So I feel like that's my tip quota fulfilled?  In a restaurant, I'll tip for notably good service. Not "as standard". Again though I very rarely use cash anywhere and they don't always give the "add tip" option on the card readers  .
