Yeah that’s how I’ve always remembered it, if a comment is well written it’ll be included, I’ve had stuff like “luv ha” like, that’s nice but I need something a bit meatier in the write up, that’s why I said comments are optional

However many you want, but 10 is the max number of points, outside of the ten each person will get one point as to make it fair

* Don't have 10 users on them
* Include users who aren't on the shortlist
* Don't include reasons
* Use smiley's and/or GIFS/pics
* Use weird formatting - don't put random line breaks in your PMs like:

No you’ll have a 10 point a 9 point and 8 point etc, but if you’re nominations 15 people 5 people will get one point so it would be
