There's actual rape cases being over looked because of false claims? No there is not, don't be ridiculous. Actual rape claims are most times not even reported because conviction rates are so low and it's so hard to prove and when it can't be proven the girl is called a liar and all the poor men start thanking the Lord they're not single because no doubt all these crazy women would have them arrested for touching their arm, don't you know. .
