My daughter had hers done at 8 at her own insistence - like I said in the other thread, I can't fathom how it's legal to have it done on kids too young to speak, let alone express a desire to have it done .

I mean, I'm pretty sure if I stuck a needle through my kids ear at home when they were a toddler I'd be locked up for assault / abuse? I'm not sure why it's suddenly OK so long as you get it done at Claire's Accessories .
