At no.point was that dog harmed, that was just her idiotic nature coming out...I mean spitting on a dog, wtf..but if you did what she was trying to do in a more controlled and consistent manner that dog would be fine...
But I'm 100 percent certain at no point that dog felt scared or in danger.

Dangerous for anyone that comes into contact with the dog. You show a dog aggression, it learns aggression. It's that simple. Get a dog and keep hitting it in the face and one day I
guarantee it will hurt someone... and it probably won't be the person hitting it because it'll be subservient to that person. It'll be another dog that gets mauled, or a stranger in the street, or someone's kid at the park.
