...(..I think maybe, take better care of the mods we have...we don’t always do that......)...and then maybe if that helps the forum/membership to expand..then the mod team can as well, to account for that...atm though, the ratio of staff seems about right for the activity...

...but without going into controversy etc...I think some of the things that staff have had to cope with just in recent times, since I’ve been back is quite crazy....and adding another mod doesn’t seem like the thing to do right atm...
