School staff do have to adhere to a dress code, no low cut tops or shoulders on display, skirts of a reasonable length etc
There has been no mention that this has been enforced because girls roll their skirts up to their knickers, surprised at that generalisation tbh

It was originally introduced because the Head thought there may be a modesty issue in the new building, when the builder allayed these concerns they went ahead anyway
