the problem is too many people and Africa is the huge issue going forward. India, Bangladesh and Pakistan and Africa should be limited to one child only. Ideally a total ban on procreation there save nomadic tribes (ie in city areas). From the west all flights for holidays stopped forthwith with only essential travel by plane.
