I know lots of black kids whose parents are proper cockney, but the kids themselves talk like they're from the outskirts of Kingston, Jamaica. It sounds stupid. It sounds even more stupid when white kids do it. The parents are all "apples and pears guvnor" and their children, born and raised here are like "Wagwan?" "Nagwan…"
