True but then, it is also
very similar to the Knox case... it's fairly conclusive at this point that Knox was innocent and ended up being charged for political convenience (they needed an arrest and got impatient) and also convicted because she and Sollecito were coerced into making false statements without legal representation (whilst sleep deprived IIRC).
