The T-Rex is estimated to have weighed in at 15,000 pounds. The heaviest polar bears 1500 pounds. The heaviest grizzlies are 790 pounds.
The biggest Polar Bear is 10 feet long. (There are freaks but I'm just going with the max stats provided by wikipedia.) Grizzly Bears are much shorter at 6 feet in length. The T-Rex is 40 feet long.
There is less of a weight difference between me and my cat than there is between the T-Rex and a grizzly bear. All told combined the T-Rex still has a 4000 pound advantage roughly on all of them. Combined with the fact that none of the bears have any idea how to work together, and that they are unlikely to have ever had any experience with a killing machine that much bigger than themselves...

King Kong did beat two of them at one time though
