i don't think you can apply any kind of logic when it comes to NK.
It may be a ploy by the big man to flush out potential rebels. Who knows. Anyway, it's difficult to see how things could be any worse with a new leader. If they try to nuke someone, they will be obliterated and that will be the end of that, if they carry on as usual, it will be more of the same. |
