No no you forget - you have to have responsibilities for a disabled dependent AND be the puppetmaster of a sad, scruffy, stumbling Prime Minister. THEN you can consider travelling around for childcare if you get ill.

It makes perfect sense I don't know why people are struggling with the concept.
