Protesting takes many forms, you don't have to be marching in London to make a difference, signal boosting the issue is enough, encouraging others that can to try to make a difference is enough. Not everyone can pop down to London, not everyone can go out and protest and to make out that Adam is a hypocrite because he can't do it is nothing more than ignorant gatekeeping bull**** on your part.
