Because Naya and Lea notoriously disliked each other. I guess some upset Naya fans and a mix of hateful trolls decided to attack Lea.

It's quite sickening when you think about it, Lea is pregnant at the moment so all this stress must be horrific. She shouldn't be at the receiving end of abuse because of what has sadly happened to Naya.
