Well if i signed up for cameo then yes... because that's the whole point of the website is sending messages to fans (who you don't know) otherwise that would be scamming them if you didn't.

Cameo you just get a message no pictures or anything..

if i knew the name or it rung a bell then obviously i would do research but if i had no clue then i don't need to do it because as far as i'm aware they are a 'fan'
