¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Mrs Doubtfire - this movie was a huge comfort to me growing up because my parents would regularly fight and argue, and the whole central theme of kids being able to be loved by both parents - that don't love each other any more - was a godsend. Throw in a dollop of drag and a lot of great comedy and it's just my perfect movie.
Grease - no choice of my own, but my mum and sister were obsessed with this movie and I could probably name 80% of the dialogue as a result. It's a good movie but not one of my favourites. Matilda - I now have the joy of enforcing 90s classics on my toddler niece and this is our mutual favourite from that time. Again, super heartwarming and easily accessible for kids, and has such a specific nostalgic element to it that I love. Toy Story - I only had the first one on VHS until the DVD era came around and I turned into a teen, but it's still my favourite one and probably the best animated film of all time. Beauty and the Beast - my favourite Disney movie, I think the sheer theatricality and vulnerability in the title song helped mould me into the emotional queer I am today
