If you had the money to live anywhere, would you choose to bring up your child in an area in danger of earthquakes, mudslides and infernos - and the mudslides and fires aren't things that 'may' happen, they DO happen and have happened in the last 2 years, with more expected this year. That’s not the point. Of course people need to drive, go out. That is unavoidable.
I don’t believe that you, as a person, from the little I 'think' I have gathered of you on here anyway, would put your family or a child in any probable or even possible danger if it was at all avoidable.
