Harry himself has made it very clear that he (as an individual) does not like and does not want that sort of family life, and so has taken steps to move away from the Royal Tribe. I think it's quite insulting to his intelligence to suggest that he didn't know he had chosen to marry a partner who didn't "fit the mould" and there's plenty of pre-Megan evidence that he's always been a square peg in a round hole in the Royal family.
So what you're describing isn't a "job environment" at all, because if you don't like your job and the corporate structure, you're free to leave that job and find another path without being vilified for it. Apparently, the Royal Family is a job that you have to accept, politely, and never dare try to quit?
And people are suggesting this is a good thing?
