Not really. I don't think you realise what appeal he must have to the voters in the republican primaries. Of course he'll be on social media, and he's a ratings hit, so he'll be back on tv.

Then he'll post tweet-style rants all day on facebook instead. Facebook is a misinformation site, so they definitely won't ban him. Anything he posts on there will be turned into tweets.

I don't think he'll go to jail but I think unless he is completely stupid he will keep as low a profile as possible.
