Yes I like Wholemeal or Giraffe bread for sandwiches and white bread or Ciabatta for toast.

An interesting thing is when you have that piece of toast in the morning for breakfast- you start something known as ‘chasing the carbs’ something you do all day after that moment

Once, I could eat a whole loaf every day, but that was when I was a fatty.

Now I'm slimmer I still eat bread but only 4 to 5 slices a day.

White bread for toast only ..too stodgy fir butties I think ..
