HMRC and DWP are horrific for this. I helped my mother in law claim her pension a couple of months back (still not been bloody paid it yet though...) and it was such a ridiculous saga. They wouldnt listen to a word, said I was wrong despite being told to ring this certain part by someone in the part I rang first, and so on.
Those stupid ****ing robotic answering things and holds..bane of my life. Rivalled only by self service checkouts. |
