It always autocorrects to Fave!! and yeah I don’t like January/February anyway but that sort of **** doesn’t help... we managed to laugh about most of it though!

HMRC are one of the worst for this, and they speak to you like **** when you do get through because they have you over a barrel (they are not customer service...).
I cancelled Sky last week and was put on hold 4 times, for 10-15 minutes each time... that was pretty grim. Pretty sure it's a tactic to try to get you to give up and just hang up on them without cancelling. AND THEN the guy wouldn't stop talking about Rangers. I was like "Mate just cancel my telly package pls". |

Too flamin long and its with the doctor, the bank and a long list of other people who no longer give any customer service ! and when you get through they put you on hold for another dept , then when they answer the phone goes dead, its one of the most frustrating things that most people are sick of.
