That we've ONLY learned they have and things stay much unchanged.

Plus why should they be happy with how their revelations are being handled.

Publicity handled or privately as the Queen stated it would be privately..
You still have to at least keep the involved parties informed and updated.

Which doesn't appear to have been put in place by the Monarch, or if she's said it should be, then the Royal institution set up, maybe hasn't enacted it properly or fully.

Again the involved parties need to be updated.

As you say to the intent to only blame the couple.
