The suppositions were then, he was going to be angry with Prince Harry and what would be said.

To describe this call as non productive, means this call changed nothing we already knew anyway,.

It doesn't mean ongoing and future calls will end up non productive.

No one would expect a major change in a week anyway..
Clearly it seems the Queen is possibly not living up to the sentiments of her statement to get things moving, where ALL involved may see where things may be going to or are happening.

Non productive does not rule out future success.
Not in the slightest.

However the agendas of only hostility to Prince Harry and Meghan regardless of the failings of those others who can, and should be, doing much more to deal with this, even privately.
REALLY that speaks volumes as to possibly any or lack of any fairness.
