That he was watching them to see if they were bad (although that's just this one persons opinion too) and if they'd done the right thing like call the Police when they spotted the camera, or called the Police after taylor was injured then they might all still be alive. Also, I didn't realise that the killer had rented the apartment himself first and then copied the keys and was watching people who'd booked from the owners (D'uh) so wouldn't be connected actually and that taylor (or his brother probably were racist)

...so (kinda) going back to nets I thought in that he was more a voyeur type person and the cameras were in places of privacy and intimacy etc...but because it happened that he cheated on his one brother with his girlfriend, it completely changed because they escalated it to a completely different thing as well...so obviously then, at the very end...what it showed was...that he’d had to find somewhere else and start all over again with the keys and watching everyone...so he was a watching creep but wouldn’t necessarily kill anyone else...?...unless they did something ‘bad’...?....
