of course they are mean, but you just gotta pay close attention when caring for them, feeding them (they eat anything at crocodile farms, chicken/lamb/pork)
also in the wild whenever they recently had layed their eggs, they will remain near the nest for a longer time to protect that, when their babies are born they immediately follow the parents into the water more like safer to be around parents than staying in nest while parents are out for food, as babies they are easy prey so they need 24/7 protection then as well
i find them interesting animals, as for their skin is soooo thick like a leather armor, even vets cannot sometimes get their needle through, they would need precision for sedating, administering medicine with a vain between those leather skin you got gaps

What are the multiple ways? I know the biting one, but I don't remember hearing about alligator knife crime.
