She’s been poorly but seems to be passed the worst ( hopefully) though so many do improve then get really poorly around day 10 don’t they . She’s a teacher so she’s mentally/ physically frazzled anyway after the last year or so ... plus near constant morning sickness hasn’t helped. She described it like having a chest infection ..
