eurovision songs have been charting for like 60 years?

The locals constantly ridicule Eurovision and proclaim it as a cheesy pastime that needs abolishing and that nobody credible competes.

Plus their really hasn't been a high charting song like this in years. Especially considering it's not even the winning entry so that makes it bigger news.

apart from the recent success for our winning song Arcade now in the US



and i watch many reaction videos myself, from americans reacting to eurovision songs and i don't hear negative 'too cheesy' comments but mainly praise for the show having lots of great singers, performers


as for 'nobody credible' competes, we don't need big name artists competing since they don't need this competition anymore (i mean we did have one huge maybe now has been but still a well known superstar Flo Rida competing and him being in awe of the whole show which is also fab to see)

I'm beginning to like these guys more and more and what they represent.

I wasn't fond of them to begin with because they came across like typical alternative young people that I find quite boring/off-putting (and I did also want France to win, lol), but their music is cool and they seem like perfectly fine people in interviews.
